Trinitite

Trinitite, also known as atomite and alamogordo glass, which is glass that was fused from desert sand after the first atom bomb detonation, July 16, 1945, in Jordana del Muerto, New Mexico. It is mildly radioactive but safe to touch for short amounts of time.
