Ryanair Cuts Number of Stansted Flights

Michael O'Leary, chief executive announces that Ryanair will be cutting the number of flights out of Sansted Airport by 40% (40 aircraft to 24 aircraft) during the Winter schedule. This is due to the high cost of the tourist tax which is at £10 per passenger and set to raise to £11 in November. Chamber of Commerce, London. Tuesday July 21, 2009.
