Lord Randolph Churchill, British politician
Lord Randolph Henry Spencer Churchill (1849-1895), British politician, at this time MP for Woodstock. At the time he was making his mark at Westminster by criticising members of both political parties. "The youth who puts his finger in many pies, and, now and then, a hot one." He was the father of Winston Churchill.
