Great Western Railway engine 'Royal Sovereign' which pulled Queen Victoria's funeral train from London to Windsor, 2 February 1901.

The engine is decorated on the front by a wreath of white immortelles and on the side with the Royal Arms framed by purple drapes. Five staff members pose on the footplate and by the track.
