On behalf of the governments of Russia and Moscow City, Premier Viktor Chernomyrdin and Moscow Mayor Yuri Luzhkov sent congratulatory messages to Valentin Yudashkin, a fashion designer, who marked the 10th jubilee of his Fashion House at a ceremonial soiree in the State Central Concert Hall Rossia here on Sunday. Yudashkin made his debut in March 1988 -- in the concernt hall of Moscow's Orlyonok (eaglet) Hotel. At that time he put on show 150 fashion designs of dress -- the first collection of a burgeoining and highly talented fashion designer. OPS: famous couturier Yudashkin receives congratulations.
