She wears an English Jockey hat with huge brim, a dress in redcurrant-coloured florence, a black lace scarf a la Marie-Antoinette over a blue silk bodice. Handcolored etching by Auguste Etienne Guillaumot Jr. from Costumes of the Directory, Rouquette, Paris, 1875. The etchings were made from designs by Eugene Lacoste and Draner after prints of the era 1795-99.
