For Photographers: Submit Material
1. SUBMISSION OF MATERIAL

a) INITIAL SUBMISSION:
digital files low resolution (minimum 600 pixels)
Note: Images in RAW format should be converted in JPG or TIFF format.

All images with people and private properties need to be accompanied with relevant model and/or property release. Images without model/property release will not be accepted.

b) DIGITAL SUBMISSIONS:
Images from scanners and digital SLR cameras

  images from scanner
images from digital camera
(minimum 12 megapixels camera!)
File type TIFF files only (No JPEG, Bitmaps or PSD files) TIFF or RAW files only (No JPEG files)

2. QUALITY CONTROL AND SCANNING

a) SELECTION OF IMAGES
based on subject and technical quality

b) IMAGE EDITING
for colour correction, dust removing etc

3. IMAGE PROCESSING AND UPLOAD TO: www.diomedia.com

For each processed image, photographer shall supply DIOMEDIA with the description: the exact name of all objects featuring on the photograph, location (if appropriate) and a year when the photograph was taken.

PHOTOGRAPHER CHOOSES LICENCE TYPE (RF or RM) FOR EACH IMAGE
