Q. How do I download an image?
A.
You can either press the "Download" button underneath the image thumbnail or right click (on MAC press and hold CTRL key before mouse clicking) on the image and choose your download options.
The image will be downloaded in Medium Resolution. For all image formats (Low, Med and Hi Res), click on image thumbnail, which will open Image Preview pages with 3 download options.
Remember that you can either Open the image or Save it to your computer at the download stage. Internet Explorer users on MAC need to rename the image after the download by giving it a .JPG extension. This is due to a known bug in this browser.
- My Download does not work
Check if your login session is still on - unexpired.
For security reasons and your own benefit, all login session expires after 3 hours of inactivity and you are required to re-login in order to download images.
Your login e-mail and password are not stored on your computer and you will be therefore required to re-enter them.
- Exceeded Weekly or Monthly limit.
Please note that your subscription entitles you to a maximum of 250 image downloads each week (1000 per month). Your weekly image downloads are calculated from Monday through to Sunday. So, providing your subscription has not expired, you will be able to start downloading again from the following Monday. Image Server busy message comes up.
Due to large download demand, you may see this message on occasions, meaning that the Internet line between your computer and our server is overloaded.
We suggest you try again later, and it should work.
For larger number of downloads (30+) we recommend that you schedule your download in the evenings or mornings, when fewer downloads are taking place.
Q. My member name and password do not seem to work. Why?
A.
Ensure that your system clock, both the date and time, is correct.
Check that your cookie settings are on a medium privacy level.
Reset all cookies in your browser.
You may also want to delete the cache in your browser.
Ensure that your caps lock is off as your member name and password are case sensitive.
Q. Where do I find my receipt?
A. Your Receipts can viewed under My account > Previous Orders.
Q. How do I change my password?
A. Log in and go to "My Account" where you will find a "Change Password" option.
